~ 1 cup of the frozen mixed berries

~ 1/2 cup of frozen mango

~ 1 teaspoon almond butter

~ 1 teaspoon chai seeds

~ 1/2 - 1 cup coconut water 

 

Place all ingredients into a high power blender and mix until smooth!
